Yulong Bridge
Yulong Bridge is a stone arch bridge on the Yulong River. It was built in the Ming Dynasty and has remained intact for hundreds of years. It is a key cultural relic and historic site in Yangshuo.
The stone bridge is covered with green vines. For generations, villagers have fetched water and washed clothes here. Yulong Bridge has witnessed the vicissitudes of the world, yet it remains as sturdy as ever.
There is a monument to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War erected on the bridge. It serves as a symbol of the victory achieved by the villagers who spontaneously fought fiercely against the Japanese invaders for dozens of days in 1944.
The first set of scenes in the film Liu Sanjie was shot here, and it is also a must-pass place for the rafting on the Yulong River.
