Yangshuo Park
Yangshuo Park was originally named Shouyang Park. The plaque on the main entrance of the current park was inscribed by the famous calligrapher Liu Haisu. Inside the park, osmanthus trees provide cool shade, bamboo forests are lush, and the garden is full of flowers and fruits, exuding fragrance throughout the year. The Shuangyue Stream winds its way through the park, and the area is surrounded by strange - shaped peaks. On the mountains, there are the Huixian Pavilion, the Woyun Pavilion, and the Fanghe Pavilion. There are also the Dragon Cave, the Bilian Cave, and the Laixian Cave, which were explored by Xu Xiake, a great traveler in the Ming Dynasty. The pavilions are great spots for watching the sunrise, and it only takes ten minutes to reach them.
