Solitary Beauty Peak

· After climbing to the peak, you can have a panoramic view of the urban scenery all around. Looking down from the top, you can see the surrounding peaks and the Jingjiang Prince's Mansion below, and have a bird's-eye view of Guilin City. There are the Xuanwu Pavilion, the Guanyin Hall, the Three Guests Temple, and the Three Gods Shrine built on the mountain, and there are landscapes such as the Crescent Moon Pool at the foot of the mountain.
· Some stone inscriptions by famous people, both ancient and modern, are also attractions. The authentic inscription of the eternal famous sentence "East or west, Guilin landscape is best" is engraved at the foot of the peak.
· At the eastern foot of the mountain, there is also the Reading Rock of Yan Yanyuan, a litterateur in the Liu Song Dynasty of the Southern Dynasties. It is the oldest historical site associated with a famous person in Guilin. He once wrote the wonderful line "There is nothing like the Duxiu Peak, towering majestically among the city walls", and thus the Duxiu Peak got its name.
